December Meeting Seedballs + Seasonal Social
Join us for our December meeting + potlatch. We’ll be making seedballs using the recipe provided by the fabulous Elise Gornish of the Gornish Lab who shared her seedball research with our chapter. The native seeds we will be using were collected and donated by our CBWNPS chapter members. Seedballs will be used for restoration projects locally, with special emphasis on the recent burned area around McBee Grade in Benton City. After making seedballs, we'll celebrate with a potlatch! All are welcome to this free event!
Where: Richland Public Library Conference Rooms A + B (955 Northgate Dr, Richland, WA 99352)
What to Bring: Gardening Gloves. If participating in the potlatch, bring a dish to share + please BYO utensils and wares to help curtail waste in our host space.
