Read and follow Guidelines for Field Trip Leaders from WNPS
Create an event description including the meeting location, date, time and difficulty level and trip leader’s contact information. Submit the details to the newsletter editor and/or chapter board.
All hike participants will need to fill out a WNPS Liability Waiver. Waivers should be mailed or sent virtually by the trip leader to the state chapter at the conclusion of the hike.
