Walla Walla Blue Mountain Subchapter Wildflower Walk: Tiger Creek Umatilla National Forest
Meet by 10am on day of hike at parking lot next to Harper Joy Theater on Whitman Campus. Registration is helpful so your participation can be anticipated. Guests are welcome. About this hike: Shady trek along Tiger Creek a few miles into the Umatilla National Forest off Tiger Canyon Road (FS Rd 65) 2,800’ Mosses, ferns, blooming shrubs, homestead fruit trees and tiny spring flowers demand our attention. 2-3 miles up and back with stops for lunch along the stream.
